Mr. Mbuyisa is a senior associate and an admitted attorney with 13 years post admission experience. He holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of the Witwatersrand (WITS). He offers solid experience across a broad range of areas civil, employment and constitutional matters. He has a keen interest in litigation in labour and constitutional law. His experience also includes advising on the employment aspect of restructuring of the workforce, collective bargaining, transfer of business and employment equity. In addition to offering legal representation before civil and industrial courts, Nkosinathi frequently represents clients in disciplinary and arbitration hearings, and conducting investigations. Prior to joining our team, Nkosinathi was Law Researcher to Justice Cameron at the Constitutional Court, Law Researcher at the Labour Court and Labour Appeal Court, and practised as an attorney at Puke Maserumule Attorneys Inc.
